Free worldwide shipping on any order. Once your order has been received, you will automatically receive an email confirming the details of your order and estimated dispatch date (previously maximum 20 days).
DUE TO THE CORONAVIRUS, SOURCING OF PARTS AND DELIVERY ARE TAKING LONGER THAN USUAL AND THE ITEM MIGHT NOT BE DISPATCHED FOR 2 MONTHS.

Refunds and Exchanges
We only replace or refund items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@jigabyte.co.uk and send your item to: Jigabyte, Unit A1, Marston Hall Industrial Park, Marston Jabbet, Bedworth, LAN, CV12 9SD, United Kingdom.
Please follow the procedure for returning a faulty item. If the item is confirmed to be faulty, a replacement item will be sent out free of charge.
Items must be reported and returned within 30 days of being received.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please contact us at info@jigabyte.co.uk to arrange for a return & refund. You may arrange shipping and collection yourself or Jigabyte will arrange collection from your address.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@jigabyte.co.uk.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Jigabyte, Unit A1, Marston Hall Industrial Park, Marston Jabbet, Bedworth, LAN, CV12 9SD, United Kingdom.

If the item is faulty, Jigabyte will cover the shipping costs for returning the item. If the item is NOT faulty, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Any incurred shipping costs will be charged at a flat rate of £50 - UK & Europe, or £100 - rest of the world.
